Stage 1 software for 1.5 TSI/TFSI pre-GPF DADA engines

As South Wales’ only authorised Revo dealer we’re excited to announce the new Revo software package for the popular non-GPF 1.5 TSI DADA engine. Revo has worked tirelessly over the last few months to calibrate and develop this software package for more than simply peak power and torque figures. Driveability has been the main focus of this offering, with particular attention being paid to the common flat spot and cold start hesitation issues apparent from the factory.

Currently, the following vehicles fitted with the pre-GPF 150PS (2017-2020) engine are catered for in this latest release of stage 1 software:

Audi A3
VW Golf
Seat Leon
Seat Ibiza
Seat Arona
Skoda Scala

The Performance increase is typically 40 horsepower and 60Nm of torque with enhanced driveability and road manners in all 3 driving modes (ECO, Normal & Sport). Each mode will bring more Revo performance to the table whilst still concentrating on their original intended purposes.

ECO mode delivers maximum fuel efficiency by maintaining the standard software values until the last few percent of throttle demand, at which point increased power and torque are applied, albeit still with reduced torque from higher power modes.

Normal mode allows for full torque and power to be achieved at full throttle, using a little more fuel than ECO mode but increasing performance significantly.

Sport mode gives the full Revo experience throughout the rev range, with enhanced throttle response, power and torque on tap.

Standard figures: 150PS & 249Nm (148BHP & 184LBFT)
Stage 1 figures: 190PS & 309Nm (187BHP & 228 lb-ft)

These impressive figures are achieved with 95RON unleaded fuel found in every petrol station in the country with allowances for greater performance and driveability with 97-99RON fuels.

The software can be added to both manual and DSG-equipped vehicles, with typical results shown in the graphs below vs standard factory figures.
