Windscreen Wash

How do I fill up the windscreen washer fluid in my car?

  1. Open the bonnet and locate the screenwash reservoir – it will have a little image of windscreen wipers on the cap.
  2. Remove the cap and insert a funnel into the reservoir opening to avoid spilling any washer fluid. You can normally see through the reservoir to establish when the screenwash has reached the maximum level line.
  3. Once you’ve filled it, replace the cap and wipe up any screenwash that might have spilt.

If you’ve done this and the jets still don’t spray anything or the screenwash light is illuminated in the dashboard it may be that there’s a blockage somewhere or that there’s some other problem which needs attention. In this case, give the team at GotBoost Racing a call – we can check this out for you at our workshop in Pyle, Bridgend, and get any problems sorted quickly and effectively.

In fact, if all that you need to do is to fill up the screenwash, we’re happy to do that too because we understand that not everyone is confident under the bonnet. We are, and we’re happy to help.
